Privacy policy
1. This website (denterios.com)
The website collects nothing about you. There are no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, no cookies, and no contact forms. The only things stored in your browser are your language and appearance preference, kept in local storage so the page opens the way you left it. Fonts and images are served from our own domain; no request goes to a third party when you read this site.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is held under WhatsApp's own terms. We use your number only to reply, arrange a demo and send login details you asked for.
2. The live demo (demo.denterios.com)
Every patient, appointment and invoice in the demo is fictional and generated by us. The demo resets to its starting data every night. Do not enter real patient information into the demo.
When you sign in to the demo we record the username, the time, your IP address and browser type. These sign-in records are kept for 30 days for security and to detect abuse, then deleted. Changes you make in the demo are logged for 90 days and then deleted.
3. Clinics using Denterios for real patients
When a clinic runs Denterios for its own patients, the clinic is the data controller and Denterios acts as its processor under a written data-processing agreement signed before any real record is loaded. In plain words: the clinic decides what is collected and why; we host and support the system on the clinic's instructions and do not use patient data for anything else.
- Where. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the region agreed in writing with the clinic (Stockholm, EU, unless the clinic requests otherwise).
- How. Encrypted in transit and at rest; every clinic's data is isolated in its own space; each staff member has an individual login with a role that limits what they can see and change, with optional or required two-step verification.
- Who. Only the clinic's own staff can open its records. Denterios staff access a clinic's data only to provide support, on request, and every such access is recorded.
- Records. Every change is written to an activity log kept for 90 days. Deleted records sit in a recycle bin for 30 days unless the clinic removes them permanently sooner.
- Backups. Continuous backups allow restoring the data to any point in the last 35 days; weekly copies are kept for 180 days in the same region.
- Portability. The clinic can export all of its data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) at any time and can ask for its space to be deleted entirely.
4. Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 you may ask to see the personal data held about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. If you are a patient of a clinic that uses Denterios, please address your request to the clinic, which controls your record; we will support the clinic in fulfilling it. For anything held by Denterios itself (for example demo sign-in records or a WhatsApp conversation), message us and we will answer within 30 days.
5. Children
Denterios does not knowingly collect data from children through this website or the demo. Clinics that treat patients under 18 record a parent's or guardian's consent in the patient's file; the system marks such records accordingly.
6. Data deletion requests
Patients: contact your clinic. Clinics: request deletion of your space through your Denterios contact; we confirm in writing when it is done, including backups after their retention period. Demo users: message us and we will remove your demo login and its sign-in records.
