Terms of service
1. The website and the demo
You may use denterios.com and the live demo at demo.denterios.com to evaluate the product. The demo contains fictional data only and resets every night. You agree not to enter real patient information into the demo, not to attempt to access other users' data or the underlying infrastructure, not to probe or overload the service, and not to share demo login details we gave you with third parties. We may end demo access at any time.
2. Services for clinics
Denterios for a real clinic is provided under a written agreement between the clinic and us that describes the scope, prices, timeline, support and data protection terms. That agreement, together with the data-processing agreement, takes precedence over these terms where they differ. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until such an agreement is signed.
3. Accounts
Each person receives their own login. You are responsible for keeping your password and two-step codes private and for everything done under your login. Tell us promptly if you believe a login has been compromised; we can revoke it immediately.
4. Prices, payment and refunds
- Prices are quoted in Jordanian dinars and exclude sales tax unless stated. The price list we give you is valid for the period printed on it.
- One-time build ("Own it"). Half is due on signing and half at go-live. If the clinic cancels before go-live, we refund the deposit less the value of work already delivered (set-up, migration, training), itemised in writing. After go-live the build fee is not refundable, because the system has been delivered.
- Care plan. Billed monthly in advance by CliQ or bank transfer against an invoice. Cancel at any time with 30 days' notice; the current month is not refunded. If we fail to provide the service described for more than 5 consecutive days for reasons within our control, that month is refunded in full.
- No upfront. A 24-month term billed monthly. Early termination is possible by paying the remaining months; ownership of the system then transfers as agreed.
- Additional work is quoted in advance and invoiced on delivery.
5. Ownership and data
Your clinic's data is yours. You can export it at any time and have it deleted when the agreement ends. The Denterios software, designs and documentation remain ours unless the agreement transfers them to you; in that case you receive the rights described there. Sample X-rays in the demo are used under a Creative Commons licence and may not be extracted for other purposes.
6. What we do not promise
The website and demo are provided as they are. For real clinics, our commitments on availability, support and backups are the ones in the written agreement. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data entered into the demo. Our total liability for a clinic engagement is limited to the fees paid by that clinic in the preceding 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction, unless a clinic agreement states otherwise. We will always try to resolve a problem directly first.
